100% Pinot Noir grown in village-level parcels on limestone-rich soils in Meursault, where red wines are rare and typically labeled under Blagny. The grapes were fully destemmed and underwent cold maceration for 3 to 6 days at 10°C, followed by fermentation lasting 12 to 18 days in stainless steel tanks with daily pumping-over and pigeage depending on the vintage. The wine was aged for 15 months on lees in French oak barrels, 20% of which were new, and then spent an additional 3 months in stainless steel to prepare for bottling.

Tasting Note:

On the nose it shows raspberry, red berries and a light herbal note with a hint of smoke and dried herbs. The palate is lively with fresh red fruit, a touch of oak, and grainy tannins that give a firmer frame to the wine. Overall it is a structured and expressive red Meursault with clear fruit, moderate lift and a clean, steady finish.
