Domaine Francois Carillon Puligny Montrachet "Le Clos du Vieux Chateau" 2021, 750ml

This 0.77ha small monopole is located close to the village with vines averaging 60 year old. Barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in 20% new oak.

Tasting Note:

Mid yellow colour, more floral from the riper fruit. Protected by its walls. Deeply juicy, plenty of fruit weight, yellow plums with ripe lemon, good length. As always more on the exotic side.
