Chateau de Chamirey Mercurey Blanc 2022, 750ml

Made from Chardonnay grown on clay limestone soils in Mercurey. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 12 months in oak barrels with 20% new oak, followed by 4 months in stainless steel before bottling.

Tasting Note:

The nose shows citrus and white peach with floral notes and a touch of hazelnut. The palate is fresh and balanced with fine texture and a mineral finish. A precise and elegant Mercurey Blanc with purity and tension.
