The Springbank 30 Year Old 2023 Edition is a rare and highly sought-after whisky, with only 1,400 bottles produced worldwide. This limited edition is bottled at 46% ABV and features a maturation process of 80% Bourbon and 20% Sherry casks.

Nose: The dram opens with a characteristically fruity nose, featuring notes of baked pineapple, peach, and upside-down cake. Hints of serrano ham, honey, and peat smoke add complexity.

Palate: Light and delicate, the palate continues the fruity theme with a waxy element. A creamy, buttery mouthfeel reminiscent of brandy butter is complemented by notes of parma violets.

Finish: The finish is dry, with notes of raisins and mixed peel rounding off this exceptional dram.
