100% Chardonnay from vines averaging 40 years in the Les Sous Roches lieu-dit in Monthélie on steep, east-facing Jurassic limestone slopes with rocky, well-drained soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, pneumatically pressed, and cold settled before alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. Malolactic completed. Aged 12 months in oak barrels using 25% new wood followed by 6 months in stainless steel.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show lemon zest and white peach along with almond and wet stone notes. The palate delivers medium body and tension with crisp mineral structure and vibrant acidity. Overall impression is one of precise freshness and persistent clarity reflecting the cool limestone-driven vintage character in Côte de Beaune Chardonnay.
