Jean Baptiste Jessiaume Mercurey Blanc 2021, 750ml

100% Chardonnay grown on 0.80 hectares of calcareous clay soil, situated at altitudes between 230 and 320 meters. 
hand harvested and pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery, without crushing. After a light settling, the juice is transferred directly into barrels for fermentation and ageing. The wine is matured for 15 months, including 12 months in oak barrels, with 10–15% new oak.

Tasting Notes

Color with golden reflections. The nose has sweet, floral and fresh almond aromas. A combination of freshness with tension and spicy notes in the mouth.
