Jean Baptiste Jessiaume Santenay 1er Cru "Les Gravieres" Blanc 2022, 750ml

100% Chardonnay from 0.26 hectares of hard marl-limestone, on east to south-facing slopes between 300 and 500 meters. Hand harvested, directly pressed without crushing, lightly settled, and fermented in barrels. Aged 15 months, including 12 in oak (10–15% new).

Tasting Note:

Its nose is fresh with a mineral vigour and light notes of citrus and almonds. Elegant and creamy in the mouth, revealing all of its finesse.
