Domaine Matrot Meursault 1er Cru "Perrieres" 2019, 750ml

From Chardonnay vines averaging 60 years on limestone-rich clay in Meursault’s most renowned premier cru. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 15 months on lees in oak barrels with 25% new oak, then three months in stainless steel before bottling.

Tasting Note:

The nose is mineral and focused with almond, hazelnut and white flowers over citrus and stone fruit. The palate is taut and vibrant with saline freshness and a long, precise finish. A refined and age-worthy Meursault showing purity and tension.
