Chateau de Chamirey Mercurey Blanc 2021, 375ml

The Mercurey Blanc comes from seven different plots across the village, primarily on clay and limestone soils with a predominance of limestone.

Fermentation and aging occur in 30% traditional 400-liter Burgundian barrels and 70% stainless steel vats for 10 months. Lightly toasted French oak is used, mainly sourced from Bourgogne, Allier, and Vosges forests.

Tasting Note

The nose is intense, with vibrant fruity and floral aromas. On the palate, the wine is fresh and full-bodied, with a long, lingering finish. It is both seductive and well-balanced.
