Produced in Alsace by Dopff au Moulin, a family estate founded in 1574, the Eau-de-Vie de Poire Williams is a fruit brandy made from ripe Williams pears. The fruit is fermented and distilled in traditional copper stills in small batches to preserve aromatic purity and varietal character. The spirit captures the full intensity of the pear and is bottled at 45% ABV.
