Dopff Marc Gewurztraminer Eau-de-Vie, 700ml

Produced in Alsace by Dopff au Moulin, a family estate founded in 1574, the Marc de Gewurztraminer is a grape pomace brandy made from the skins, seeds, and stems of Gewurztraminer grapes after pressing. The pomace is fermented and then distilled in traditional copper stills in small batches. This marc captures the aromatic intensity and spicy character of the grape variety and is bottled at 45% ABV.

The nose is bold and aromatic, showing notes of rose petal, lychee, and crushed grape skins. The palate is dry and structured, with firm texture and flavors of spice, floral lift, and subtle bitterness. The finish is persistent and warming, with lingering notes of Gewurztraminer aromatics.
