Dopff au Moulin Eau-de-Vie de Kirsch, 700ml

Produced in Alsace by Dopff au Moulin, a family estate founded in 1574, the Eau-de-Vie de Kirsch is a fruit brandy made from small black cherries. The fruit is fermented with its stones to enhance aromatic complexity, then distilled in traditional copper stills in small batches. The spirit captures the warm and ripe character of the fruit and is bottled at 45% ABV.
