Dopff au Moulin Eau-de-Vie de Mirabelle, 700ml

Produced in Alsace by Dopff au Moulin, a family estate founded in 1574, the Eau-de-Vie de Mirabelle is a fruit brandy made from ripe mirabelle plums cultivated in regional orchards. The fruit is harvested at peak maturity in August, fermented, and distilled in traditional copper stills in small batches. The spirit captures the honeyed and aromatic character of the mirabelle and is bottled at 45% ABV.
