Dopff au Moulin Eau-de-Vie de Quetsch, 700ml

Produced in Alsace by Dopff au Moulin, a family estate founded in 1574, the Eau-de-Vie de Quetsch is a fruit brandy made from ripe quetsch plums, a traditional oblong violet variety native to the region. The fruit is fermented and distilled in traditional copper stills in small batches to preserve its fine and dry character. The spirit is bottled at 45% ABV.
