Graham's Vintage Port 2000, 750ml

The Graham's Vintage Port 2000 is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão and Tinta Amarela. It was hand-picked and destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts for about two days before fortification with grape spirit to 20% alcohol with residual sugar of 95 g/L, and aged in seasoned wooden vats for about 2 years.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and cassis, complemented by licorice and gum cistus. Palate has a great balance between freshness, residual sugar and tannins that are ripe and firm. Overall this Vintage Port has generous structure, loads of ripe black fruits, and it was built to age.
