La Blanche de Christian Drouin Eau de Vie de Cidre, 700ml
HK$325
When the Appellation Calvados Pays d'Auge was established in 1942, there was no minimum aging requirement.
At that time, most Calvados was consumed without any color and was called "La Blanche". Slowly, a minimum of two years of aging in oak casks became mandatory.
Nowadays, Calvados Christian Drouin offers a new beginning to La Blanche by double distilling it through copper still and using over 30 varieties of cider apples.
