Fruit mainly from the Carneros appellation, where morning Pacific fog promotes slow ripening and preserves fresh acidity. The Haire Loam soils regulate vine vigor, resulting in concentrated grapes and enduring wines.

100% Chardonnay (harvested at night)

(89.3% Napa Valley, 10.7% Sonoma)

Aged for 8 months in 29% new French oak; 9.5% malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of ripe green and golden apple, accented by fresh white peach and light oak. Across the palate, this golden wine is silken in texture with flavors of apple, citrus and pear balanced by refreshing acidity. The long finish is clean, with underlying hints of minerality, vanilla, and lemon.
