Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Shiraz 2023, 750ml

Made from select blocks on the Tyrrell’s estate and surrounding vineyards in Pokolbin, where vines average 40 years of age and are mostly dry grown on red clay soils. Grapes were hand and machine picked, fully destemmed then fermented in traditional open-top vats. Maturation occurred in older, large-format 2,700-liter French oak casks, chosen to preserve fruit purity and avoid overt oak influence.

Tasting Note:

The nose reveals bright red fruits and subtle spice, while the palate is medium-bodied and fresh, with soft tannins and crunchy acidity contributing to a balanced, modern Hunter Valley style.
