Tyrrell's Old Winery Pinot Noir 2022, 750ml

The Old Winery range, named after Tyrrell’s historic Hunter Valley winery built in 1863, offers classic wines with distinctive varietal character and outstanding quality. Designed for immediate enjoyment, these wines promise quality and affordability for every palate.

A blend of Pinot Noir fruit from some of the best red growing regions in the country. The fruit was fermented in a combination of traditional hand plunged open vats and larger potter tanks. Maturation was then carried out in predominantly French oak casks for 12 months prior to bottling.

Tasting Note:

Lots of varietal cherry and strawberry aromas with complexing forest floor undertones. A soft but generously flavoured style with sweet aromas of berries and mushroom. The palate is long and concentrated with rich sweet fruit, subtle savoury oak support and smooth tannins.
