Tyrrell's Old Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, 750ml

100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced across premium Australian wine regions, selected for varietal expression and balance. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with cultured yeasts to preserve primary fruit character, followed by maturation in a combination of stainless steel and older oak to soften tannins without imparting overt oak influence.

Tasting Note:

The Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black cherries, wild berries and some spice.
A full bodied red with an intense palate of rich, dark plum and a silky finish.
