Joh. Jos. Prum "Bernkasteler Badstube" Riesling Spatlese 2022, 750ml

Sourced from steep slopes of the Bernkasteler Badstube planted in Devonian slate soils that enhance aromatic purity and mineral tension. 100% Riesling, harvested by hand and fermented as whole clusters. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel using ambient yeast, with no malolactic conversion. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for several months without oak contact.

Tasting Note:

The nose shows white peach, green apple, and citrus blossom, with a subtle slate note. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, balancing sweetness with crisp acidity and mineral grip. The finish is clean and persistent, with lingering notes of lime and crushed stone.

Residual sugar approximately 70-90g/l
