Joh. Jos. Prum "Bernkasteler Badstube" Riesling Kabinett 2021, 750ml

Sourced from a southwest-facing vineyard with medium-depth Devonian slate soils containing varying amounts of clay.  100% Riesling, fermented with hwole clusters with ambient yeasts in stainless steel without oak contact, and aged on lees for several months before bottling. 

Tasting Note:

A clear, bright and coolish, intense and mineral nose with notes of crushed stones and lime and lemon zest. Lush and saline on the palate, this is a very elegant, fresh and juicy with well-integrated acidity and beautiful purity on the finish.

Residual sugar approximately 45-55g/l
