Georg Muller "Hattenheim" Riesling Feinherb V.D.P. Ortswein 2022, 750ml

This is an off-dry (feinherb) Riesling from vineyards in Hattenheim, Rheingau. The vineyard's soils are primarily composed of loess-loam with quartzite. The wine is fermented and briefly aged in temperature-regulated stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, it offers clear notes of red apple, lemon balm, kumquats, orange zest, pine cones, and blossom honey. The palate starts with lemon zest and ripe yellow apple, followed by dried thyme, cherry blossom, acacia honey, and a hint of ground tonka bean, with very fresh and grippy acidity providing pleasant lightness.

Residual sugar approximately 15g/l
