Weingut Carl Graff Riesling QbA 2024, 750ml

100% Riesling from estate parcels on steep Devonian slate and grey wacke soils along the Middle Mosel, principally around Piesport, Brauneberg, and Bernkastel. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with a short period on fine lees. Fermentation stopped to retain natural residual sugar. No malolactic.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show green apple and lime zest along with wet slate and white peach notes. The palate delivers light body and crispness with vivid acidity and moderate sweetness. Overall impression is one of bright freshness and slate-driven persistence reflecting the cool elegant style of Mosel Riesling QbA
