Fabio Oberto Barbera d'Alba 2021, 750ml

This 100% Barbera was harvested at the end of September. After a gentle pressing, the must is left in contact with the skins for a few hours before fermenting in temperature-controlled steel vats. The wine is then aged in both steel tanks and barriques.

Tasting Note:

The wine has a brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, it offers hints of fresh spices, red fruit, and crisp apple. The palate is fresh with nice minerality, softened by the barrique aging, which adds a delicate touch. You can also detect hints of pepper and light vanilla notes, with a persistent finish and excellent length.
