I Fabbri Chianti Classico "Lamole" 2018, 750ml

Made from 100% Sangiovese grown in certified organic terraced vineyards at 630 meters elevation in Lamole, Greve in Chianti. The vines are planted in loose, sandy soils derived from sandstone. Grapes were manually harvested and fully destemmed. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts at a maximum temperature of 28°C, followed by 12 days of maceration. The wine was aged for 12 months in traditional concrete tanks.

Tasting Note:

The nose presents red cherry, rose petal, and crushed stone. The palate is light-bodied and linear, with bright acidity and fine tannins. The finish is clean and persistent, emphasizing purity and tension.
