La Dame du Rouet Rosé is a vibrant rosé from Provence, made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The grapes are grown in the clay-limestone soils of the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by a brief ageing in the same vats.

Tasting Note:

This rosé offers aromas of red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, along with floral notes1. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with a balanced acidity and a lingering mineral finish.
