Jean Luc Colombo Carianne "Le Pavillon des Courtisanes" 2023, 750ml

Le Pavillon des Courtisanes is a rich red from the Cairanne appellation. This wine is crafted from a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 10% Carignan. The vineyards are planted in galets roulés (rolled pebbles) soils.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Note:

This Cairanne offers aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, along with spicy notes of pepper and licorice. On the palate, it is fruit-forward and expressive, with soft, integrated tannins and a lingering finish.
