Domaine Rossignol Trapet Beaune 1er Cru "Les Teurons" 2020, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir grown on a 1.17-hectare plot in the Les Teurons 1er Cru, located on a warm, stony slope with deep, well-drained soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in open wooden vats. Around 50% whole bunches were used. The wine is aged for approximately 14 months in 20% new French oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as cherry, blackberry, raspberry, accompanied by notes of undergrowth. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, harmonious and with a persistent finish.
