Les Enseignères is located just below the Grand Cru Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet. Despite its village appellation, this wine rivals the 1er Crus. Whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented and aged in 10% new oak, for 12 months, with occasional lees stirring.

Tasting Note:

A ripe yet attractively fresh nose offers up notes of white orchard fruit compote along with an abundance of citrus and soft floral nuances. There is better energy to the beautifully well-detailed flavors that conclude in a lemony and very dry finish. This too is a very fine Puligny villages.
