Domaine Francois Carillon Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2019, 750ml

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir comes from old vines over 60 years old located in Puligny-Montrachet and the hamlet of Corpeau, on clay-limestone soils. After total destemming and cold maceration, the musts are lightly punched down before settling and then pumped up. Fermentations and aging last an average of 12 months in 10% new barrels.

Tasting Note:

Pure red cherry aromas lead into a palate of pleasing density. Succulent raspberry fruit and plump make for a very attractive wine.
