Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot Bourgogne Blanc 2022, 750ml

100% Chardonnay from parcels in Puligny-Montrachet and Volnay on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels using 25% new wood. Malolactic completed. Aged 11 months in the same barrels.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show white peach and green apple along with citrus and almond notes. The palate delivers medium body and freshness with mineral texture and balanced acidity. Overall impression is one of pure elegance and gentle persistence.
