Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru "Champ Canet" 2021, 750ml

The Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champs Canet has a linear, direct, quite intense bouquet with just a slight reduction, opening up all the time with fresh pear, pinkish green apple and subtle waxy notes in the background. The palate is well balanced with bright acidity, fine tension, a rather Meursault style, with orange zest and freshly cut pear towards the taut finish.
