There is 20% whole-bunch and the wine is aged in third-fill barrels. The bouquet is vibrant and pure, and the palate has a creamy length. There’s a thicker texture from the vines grown on clay in Nuits. Primarily red-fruited, this has the smallest pinprick of dark fruit.
