This 2.25-hectare plot, planted between 1920 and 1945, is considered by Thibault to be the most beautiful parcel of the domain. It is located at the top of the hill, about 30 meters from the windmill, where pink granite rock outcrops. The soil is 20 to 30 cm deep, with pink and white sand.
