Domaine Perrot Minot Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 2019, 750ml

From a 0.80-hectare parcel planted in 1957, located on shallow, arable soils composed of brown and blond clay-limestone mixed with gravel1. Grapes were fully destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, following a cold maceration. The wine was aged for 16–18 months in 20–30% new French oak barrels, without racking, fining, or filtration, and bottled by gravity.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of red and black cherry, dark fruit, rose and spice on the nose. Powerful yet elegant attack. Concentrated fruit on the mid-palate with structured tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish shows great length and 15-25 years of ageing potential.
