100% Pinot Noir from mature vines in Savigny les Beaune. Fully destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in open-top stainless steel vats, followed by a maceration period of approximately 15 to 21 days. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with some new.

Tasting Note:

A focused aromatic profile of ripe red cherry, raspberry, and dried herbs, with subtle earthy undertones and a touch of flint. The palate is supple yet structured, showing fine tannins and balanced acidity, with flavors of red plum, cranberry, and a hint of savory spice.
