Domaine Jean Tardy Echezeaux Grand Cru "Les Treux" V.V. 2020, 750ml

Produced from 70 year old vines in the Les Treux vineyard, located above the Grands Echezeaux GC. The grapes are 100% destemmed with 65% whole berries, and minimal punch-downs. The wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, with 20% being one-year-old barrels and 80% new barrels.

Tasting Note:

The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, plums, exotic spices, and floral notes, framed by a generous patina of new oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied, layered, and concentrated, with velvety tannins and a deep, structured core. The finish is long and refined, promising excellent aging potential.
