Lucien Crochet Sancerre Blanc 2022, 750ml

Sauvignon Blanc grown in clay-limestone soils, known as "caillottes" and "griottes". The winemaking process includes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a portion of the must fermented in oak barrels. The wine is aged on lees for 10 months, followed by an additional period on fine lees before bottling.

Tasting Note:

This Sancerre Blanc has a bright, golden hue and offers aromas of citrus, lemon, and grapefruit. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with a balanced acidity and a lingering mineral finish.
