In 1994, Jean-Claude Roux and his wife started wine growing in the vineyard of Quincy. In 2010, they bought 3.3ha of vineyards in Châteaumeillant.

In 1994, with the efficient support of his wife, they started to make wine in the vineyard of Quincy. The first vintage 1995 was rewarded by a silver medal in Mâcon and a second one in Blaye. After 7.5 hectares in AOC Quincy and 3.3 in Châteaumeillant, it is today Albin, their son, who manages the estate, also supported by his wife.
