Domaine de la Ferte Givry 1er Cru "Servoisine" Rouge 2022, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils in Givry. The plot reaches 1 hectare within the Premier Cru "Servoisine" climat. Grapes were manually harvested and fully destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. The wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which were new.

Tasting Note:

Aromas reveal red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry with floral notes and subtle spice. The palate is medium-bodied, with silky tannins, bright acidity, and a layered, mineral-driven finish. Overall, the wine is elegant and vibrant.
