100% Chardonnay from a 0.40 hectares parcel planted in calcareous clay, with an east to south exposure.
Manually harvested, directly pressed without crushing. After a light settling, the musts are directly placed into barrels. Matured for 15 months of which 12 in barrels (10-15% new barrels)

Tasting Note:

Fresh and energetic, aromas of citrus, white peach, Asian pear, chervil and light vanilla fill the glass. The palate is round and textured, offering perfectly ripe apples, white peach and finishes with popcorn and flint. Elegantly delicious.
