Jean Baptiste Jessiaume Rully 1er Cru "La Fosse" Rouge 2022, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir from 0.65 hectares of brown calcic soils on gentle southeast-facing slopes. “La Fosse” refers to the natural hollow in the vineyard, source of the Thalie River. Hand harvested, fully destemmed, with 6–8 days of cold maceration in temperature-controlled vats. Aged 15 months, including 12 in oak (10% new), for finesse and structure.

Tasting Note:

The nose presents red and dark fruit notes including blackcurrant, cherry and blackberry. The second nose reveals floral aromas including violet and rose.
