100% Pinot Noir from 4.65 hectares of argillaceous limestone. Hand harvested, fully destemmed with strict sorting. Cold maceration for 6–8 days, followed by a 30-day vatting with temperature control. Aged 12 months, 70% in vats and 30% in barrels for purity and finesse.

Tasting Note:

The wine shows a deep ruby color and exudes enticing aromas of ripe red berries, cherries, and a hint of earthiness. On the palate, it offers a smooth and velvety texture with flavors of blackcurrant, raspberry, and a touch of spice. The finish is long and elegant, leaving a lingering impression of finesse.
