Domaine Baron Thenard Montrachet Grand Cru 2019, 750ml

From Chardonnay vines on the limestone-rich soils of Montrachet Grand Cru in Puligny and Chassagne. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 18 months in oak barrels with 50% new oak before bottling.

Tasting Note:

The nose is complex and layered with notes of citrus, white peach and pear alongside hints of hazelnut, brioche and mineral tones. The palate is powerful yet precise with vibrant acidity, fine texture and a long, saline finish. A profound Montrachet combining richness and tension with exceptional ageing potential.
