Domaine Louis Michel Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" 2021, 750ml

Located mid-slope, in the centre of the appellation, this parcel enjoys southern exposure. Powerful and complex. A perfect balance between limestone and clay, over marl with oyster fossils.

Long fermentation using indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic completed. Matured for 18 months in stainless steel tanks, with the least possible handling. Long cold stabilization.

Tasting Note:

The 2021 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos is one of the richer, more muscular wines of the vintage. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of sweet orchard fruit, white flowers, clear honey, toasted nuts and youthful reduction, it's full-bodied, satiny and seamless, with a layered core, bright acids and a long, saline finish.
