Domaine Louis Michel Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" 2020, 750ml

Located mid-slope, in the centre of the appellation, this parcel enjoys southern exposure. Powerful and complex. A perfect balance between limestone and clay, over marl with oyster fossils.

Long fermentation using indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic completed. Matured for 18 months in stainless steel tanks, with the least possible handling. Long cold stabilization.

Tasting Note:

Very expressive on the palate, with dominant mineral aromas, complemented by white pepper and nutmeg notes.
