Domaine Louis Michel Chablis Grand Cru "Vaudesir" 2021, 750ml

The parcel is located in the lower part of the valley. Tight, full bodied with noticeable salinity and creaminess. A white and chalky limestone clay is predominant in its steepest part, while the west side has browner clay soils.

Long fermentation using indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic completed. Matured for 18 months in stainless steel tanks, with the least possible handling. Long cold stabilization.

Tasting Note:

Mid lemon colour. The bouquet is quite extrovert, a plump fruit. Generous too on the palate, flesh up front, then a more classical white fruit, then a sufficient point of acidity to bring the wine into focus, with good length.
