True to the signature Domaine Louis Michel style, this wine was fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 to 16 months exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (100% un-oaked) to maximize terroir expression, clarity, and precision.

Tasting Note:

The wine opens with refined aromas of white peach, crisp green apple, and white flowers, layered over a trademark oyster-shell and chalky mineral backdrop. The palate is medium-to-full-bodied, rich yet taut, balancing generous ripe orchard fruit with a hint of saline acidity and a long, pure, limestone-driven finish.
