The first nose reveals above all a wonderful natural freshness. A deeper fruitiness develops with white and yellow fruit, mirabelle plum and fresh apricot. The second nose is based on notes of fresh honey and flint. It is the vibrant character of the mouth which gives it all its style with mineral/citrus finish.
